With decades of combined experience, our attorneys have guided clients through disputes ranging from partnership conflicts to billion-dollar allegations.

Nilay Vora is well-known for his ability to provide targeted, cost-effective representation in commercial disputes involving healthcare, real estate, finance, corporate disputes, and other issues commonly faced in commercial litigation.  In 2017, he represented a plaintiff health care provider in a case that was named as one of the top three cases to watch for the year by national media publication Law360.  More recently, in June 2020, Law360 again took note of Mr. Vora’s work as he served as lead counsel at oral argument in a case involving the misappropriation of healthcare trade secrets.

Jeff Atteberry’s legal practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, partnership disputes, unfair competition, antitrust, copyright, partnerships, and employment law.  He has represented nationally recognized companies across a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, FinTech, software development, media, advertising, education, energy, finance, real estate, construction, and manufacturing.  While he is comfortable representing Fortune 500 companies in their most significant disputes, he is equally invested in counseling individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations, who rely on his steady advice to guide them through their most pressing legal issues.
