Jesyka P. Harris represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of complex civil matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes various aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation, in matters involving breach of contract, anti-trust and unfair competition laws, consumer protection, employment disputes, and healthcare matters. Jesyka also has corporate transactional experience conducting due diligence and drafting operative documents for mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Prior to joining the Vora Law Firm, Jesyka was an associate at the Los Angeles office of Jones Day and Murphy Rosen LLP. Jesyka received her JD from Columbia Law School in 2009 and graduated from the University of Southern California magna cum laude in 2004 with degrees in International Relations and Communication.
She has worked closely with the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (“LACLJ”) to represent, on a pro bono basis, victims of domestic violence who seek representation to obtain permanent restraining orders against their abusers. Before law school, Jesyka served as a management analyst for the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) in Washington D.C., where she managed international training and infrastructure programs tailored to helping vulnerable countries develop export control, nonproliferation systems, and border security. Through the BIS initiative, Jesyka worked in conjunction with the State Department and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
In addition to her work as an Attorney, Jesyka is also a Fashion Model, TV Host and Content Creator for Social Media. Jesyka is regularly featured on television news segments nationwide, discussing a range of topics including fashion, travel, motherhood and mental health.
